Recently, Morninghan launched the intelligent cabin solution MCAR1.0 for A00 and A0-class pure electric cars, and has entered the model development stage with a number of vehicle companies.

With the further development of the new energy car and light travel market, the A00+ A0-class pure electric car market has risen rapidly, and major traditional mainstream automakers have launched A00 and A0-class brands and models, and BYD Haiou, Wuling Bingo, Geely resurrected Zhdou brand and other model releases have highlighted this trend. At present, A00+A0 class sales account for more than 40% of the total sales of pure electric cars, and it is very popular in foreign exports.


In view of the low price of A00A0-class vehicles and the characteristics of young users, limited by chips, operating systems, vehicle intelligent architecture, system software ecology, vehicle level product development and manufacturing barriers, there is still no cost-effective intelligent cabin products that meet the characteristics of mini-vehicles and users and excellent end-car cloud R & D and manufacturing full-stack suppliers.

Morninghan team has a deep accumulation in the field of automotive multimedia chips and cockpit display control. The first generation of MCAR1.0 cockpit products is composed of two high-definition high-brightness OLED screens with integrated anti-glare reinforced glass cover plate and fully fit process. The main control chip of the instrument panel and center control panel adopts multi-core heterogeneous SOC processor, the underlying software system is based on Chenhan autonomous MOOS operating system, and the CAN bus protocol is based on Chenhan high-speed motor controller and lithium iron phosphate BMS protocol architecture. Information security functions include traditional instrument information, safety information, fault diagnosis, battery warning, charging overheat and overshoot alarm, etc. Entertainment functions include mobile interconnection, navigation, music, Bluetooth phone, voice operation and so on; Body control functions include air conditioning setting and operation, tire pressure monitoring, body status display and control, user base Settings, etc.

Defined as a general platform level product, relying on Chenhan full-stack self-research capabilities, MCAR1.0 can expand L2 level auxiliary driving system, combined with millimeter wave radar and intelligent camera can achieve such as blind area monitoring, lane offset, collision alarm, cruise control, front and rear dual photography and 360 round view and other auxiliary driving functions.

Corresponding to MCAR, Chenhan is based on its own high-performance projection screen interconnection technology and software system platform in the field of high-speed electric motorcycle, and the sedan version of the small motorcycle riding APP McAr-play will also be listed with the vehicle. MCarplay can support complete mirror projection screen reverse operation and video streaming operation, to provide users with more than apple carplay smartphone multi-screen synchronization experience, MCarplay supports google map global use.
